Grandstream DP752 Factory Reset
For factory reset, press and hold the page button
on DP752 for 30 seconds, you will see all the LEDs flash, then the device will reboot with factory reset settings.
You can now log in using the Base IP address; username "admin" and password will be located on the tag at the back of the base.
Grandstream HT812 Factory Reset
- Unplug the Ethernet cable.
- Locate the reset hole on the back panel of your HT812.
- Insert a pin in this hole, and press for about 7 seconds until all front LEDs start blinking.
- Take out the pin. All unit settings are restored to factory settings.
