- Login into your Breeze connect partner portal and go to the customers section and open the Hosted PBX customer that has been created.
2. Double click on Extensions tab and click on add 
located at button bottom right corner
3.Fill in the Hosted Extensions and owner details and click “NEXT”
4. Enter the new extension service address and click “NEXT”
5. Choose the plan that will be used for this extension and click “NEXT”
6. Finally, please review the details and click on CREATE NEW EXTENSION at bottom right hand corner – as shown with red arrow below.
7. A welcome email will be sent to the user and your Extension is now setup and ready.
