For Teams Room on Android, the Teams App and Teams Admin Agent are included with the system firmware. Microsoft releases updates to these apps in the Teams Admin Centre. Currently, these apps need to be updated manually.

1. Check Teams app version for both devices from Teams admin centre.
If they are not latest version, even they are not same version, please update both devices to latest teams app version.
