There is no impact to existing services until the port is confirmed and a porting date and time is provided.


There will be a short period of downtime during the port.


Once a port commences the customer will stop receiving calls until it completes. Calling the phone number(s) being ported during this time will result in a "this service is disconnected" message. Ports are generally completed within 30 minutes but may take up to an hour. Once the port is completed calls will start arriving via Breeze Connect.
